Argentine Boa (Boa constrictor occidentalis)

Newborns are moderately contrasting boas with pink tones. They grow to impressive 6'-8' adults with highly contrasting colors of very dark brown (nearly black) and light cream. An endangered species in the wild but has proven to breed readily in captivity. This boa is in fact considered to be one of the easiest to breed supspecies of Boa constrictor.
